These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by SynergyPartners.AI, LLC(“SynergyPartners.AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example by checking a consent box on one of our forms or by texting us to start a conversation), you give your express consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from SynergyPartners.AI at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Messages may include conversational replies, appointment and scheduling messages, account or transactional notices, and occasional marketing or informational messages about our products and events. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. SynergyPartners.AI does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number, unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our messaging program (such as messaging or customer-service providers) is limited to that support. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
The messaging program is intended for recipients in the United States who are at least 18 years old and who are the account holder for, or have authority to consent on behalf of, the mobile number provided.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
